Prairie Verbena growing by the road. Found a few of these today.

Great Plains Ragwort! This was identified by "Ask Mr. Smarty Plants" from the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, I tried a long time to find it on the same site. Perhaps the brand-new thin petals threw me off.
