Last week a few trees started blooming in a mass of white blooms. There's one on Spears Ranch Rd and one behind the front gate mailbox. They may be Mexican Plums? I took a picture and lost it already.

This morning as we exited the from gate, we saw a flock of Cedar Waxwings finishing off the last few china berries on two trees just behind the fence - I wish I had my camera! A few years ago in Cedar park, we had a waxwing flock feasting on our Nandina berries. Some friends from Dallas spent the night and in the morning their car was covered in Nandina berry bird poop. It was hilarious. We washed it off so it would not damage the paint.
